Yardy
Yardy, a startup founded by Cal Poly student Zander Sheffield, is dedicated to addressing the evolving needs of children’s feet with its unique shoe product. Designed to accommodate the growth of children’s feet, Yardy offers an extendable shoe that seamlessly adjusts as their little feet develop. By providing parents with a cost-effective and time-saving footwear option, Yardy ensures children always wear shoes that fit comfortably.
My Role | Project Manager
Lead a team to create a branding system and identity as well as supported my other PM on the partial website solution. The goal of the project was to create graphics and a system that would support Yardy’s future growth while also leading beginning designers just getting into graphic design and UX/UI.

Logo
Paid close attention to details like scalability, legibility, and how well the logo aligned with the client’s goals. Here are some examples of how Yardy may use the logo with photography, printed, and digitally.

Social Media
The strategy for social media is rooted in engaging parents with visually compelling content. Through vibrant photography, dynamic videos, and informative typography, we educate about the benefits of Yardy's expandable shoes.

Shoes
Although Yardy has not finished developing their shoe's product here is a mockup of the shoes and packaging. The goal is to emphasize the sustainability
packaging and inclusive gender neutral shoe options.
